A Place To Call Home recruits through a variety of local and statewide venues in search of the best families to serve Arizona’s children and adults in need of care. Keep and eye and ear out for our television announcements, radio ads, our attendance at local civic and community events and our many print media forms of advertisement.

It is our mission to provide as natural a family environment as possible, ensuring love, safety, well being and quality of care. A Place To Call Home was formed with the specific goal to make an impact and positive difference in the lives of children and adults with special needs. We are in search of families and individuals who share our passion to advocate and provide safe and loving homes for these children and adults.

A Place To Call Home receives a high volume of interest from families who wish to provide foster care and/or adoption to children that have been abused and neglected. Currently, with over 10,000 children in foster care statewide, the need is high for these homes. Another growing need that many people are not aware of, is serving adults with developmental disabilities. Although this increasing demand is unfortunate, A Place To Call Home strives to assist with finding permanent foster homes for adults with developmental disabilities.

A Place To Call Home provides all pre-service foster care license training. Caring staff deliver expeditious licensing, completing the licensing requirement process within 10 weeks! We have on-call management staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week and are 100% available to assist with resources, support and guidance once a foster home is licensed or an adoption home is certified. Foster parents receive tax free monthly reimbursements for providing care to children or adults.

A Place To Call Home is a member of the KIDS Consortium in Maricopa County and the Recruitment Council in Pima County, participating in a united effort with other foster care and adoption agencies to recur it for new foster and adoptive families in Arizona.
