A Place To Call Home provides all required training to become a licensed foster parent and will take foster parent applicants through the licensing application process step by step. Additional licensing services include completing the home study, preparing homes for inspection, providing support and resources and conducting any specialized or individualized training that is needed. A Place To Call Home takes great pride in completing the foster home licensing process within eight weeks and will not compromise integrity or quality to meet the eight week timeline.
A Place To Call Home is contracted with the State of Arizona to license foster homes for children and adults with developmental disabilities and for children with regular or special foster care needs. A licensed foster home may provide care for up to three children or adults with developmental disabilities and up to five for children with regular and/or special foster care needs. Couples, roommates, relatives, individuals or single parent families are eligible as foster parent applicants. Licensed foster parents receive tax free financial assistance for the foster care provided through A Place To Call Home. |
